Cancellation Policy:
- Order Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order for the sleep test and ring device within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@newsleeptest.com. If the cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
- Device Return: You must return the sleep test ring device after receiving it and completion of your sleep test. Please ensure that the device is returned to us within 10-12 days from the date of order creation. The device must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all accessories included. Failure to return the device within the specified timeframe may result in additional charges.
Refund Policy:
- Sleep Test Charges: The charges associated with the sleep test are non-refundable once the unique ID has been provided to activate the test and the full test has been performed. This is due to the nature of the service provided and the resources utilized to generate the results.
- Ring Device Refund: If you return the sleep test ring device within the specified timeframe and in the required condition, the amount paid for the device will be refunded to you. Please note that the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days after we have received and inspected the returned device.
- Refund Processing: All refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
General Notes:
It is your responsibility to return the sleep test ring device promptly to avoid any delay in processing your refund. The sooner the device is returned, the sooner your refund will be processed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the device to ensure its safe delivery back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Any damages or loss of the sleep test ring device during the return process will be the customer’s responsibility, and appropriate charges may apply.
